Eat anything that seems appealing, whether it's "healthy" or not. You can drink you're calories too. I loved smoothies during my first trimester of my first pregnancy.
I feel like I'm having trouble getting enough calories to do both as well. My DD is almost 9 months old. I'm sort of the opposite, always hungry. I feel like I'm always eating. I plan to wean my DD soon anyway, so if I start feeling nausea and can't eat like I am now I'll probably just stop BF all together. Hope you start feeling better!
