No appetite?

Any of you ladies experiencing a lack of appetite? I can keep everything I eat down, haven't been sick, but just not hungry?

Yeah I don't know what it is, for awhile I ate like a horse and now I just don't have an appetite. Yesterday I had a small breakfast, leftover pasta for lunch and then that was it. I wasn't hungry the rest of the day. When my husband came home from work he was going to make dinner but I told him I wasn't hungry so he could make whatever he wanted. I am 10 weeks... figured I'd still be eating the house.

Thought I was the only one!! My stomach growls but I don't have an appetite to decide what to eat. And when I do force myself to do so it's half of the meal. I do however drink alot.

Yes, from what I understand, when you are pregnant your digestive system slows down making you feel not hungry. It makes sense.

yup. I set my alarm on my phone so that I remember to eat a bit every few hours

Same here. Not sick, no cravings, just not hungry. I think it's a good thing because when I'm not hungry I make healthier choices.

I've been the same way. No MS or aversions or anything I just haven't been all that hungry. I've been forcing myself to eat for at least a week now.

I have been drinking lots of fluids.  Haven't been sick at all, however I never know what I want to eat, then when I do, I eat like 5 bites and I am done.  I try to force myself to eat so that I know baby is getting something.  

The funny part is that I have lost 10 pounds, but I'm so bloated that I can't button my pants.

I am in the same boat with all of you ladies! I feel totally fine, not sick, nothing just not really feeling food. I can take a few bites but then I am full. I have been drinking a lot of liquid though too. I packed soup and a salad for lunch today, I guarantee I'll end up eating 1/2 the soup.

my appetite comes and goes. usually i am starving but at times nothing sounds good to eat. also, i have noticed i get full faster and feel nauseous a few minutes into eating. that started a few days ago. today i am 6 weeks and woke up so nauseous but did not vomit. it was relieved by eating :)

When I start eating the nausea goes away but 30 min after I eat it comes right back! This is so weird for me never had this with my first 2 pregnancies.

I went through this pretty hard-core weeks 5-9. The only thing that really helped was absolutely forcing myself to eat ANYTHING. I found I could tolerate pretzel chips, so I'd snack on them basically non-stop all morning. If there's a little something in your stomach, you'll feel less nauseated. I know it's hard to do, but it does work. I couldn't always manage to make myself, but when I did, I felt better.

If you are able to eat in the evenings, try to get some protein and carbs in your stomach right before you go to bed, and even in the middle of the night if you wake up (bread and cheese, peanut butter, etc). I would feel much less sick in the mornings if I had something in my stomach over night, and then I'd be able to eat a little in the morning, staving off the empty-stomach-nausea and not setting off that chain-reaction where I'd feel sick, so I couldn't eat and then feel sick because I didn't eat.
