I just talked to my dad, and he said if you are in a ton of pain, he recommends you have it taken care of. He said the safest time is 2nd tri, only because it is the least stressful time during a pregnancy, but he treats women throughout every stage of pregnancy, and it is completely safe. You know yourself and your stress level the best. There is no harm with xrays, as long as they use lead aprons, so make sure of that. Also, he said there is so little epinephrine in the anesthesia, that majority of dr.'s feel it is a non issue but some make it an issue, so ask your dr. about that. Last, he said stick with Tylenol only for pain. I hope that helps, and and good luck with your decision!
