Any one use sleep sense?

At 4 am a few nights ago i caved and bought it. We tried CIO a few months ago with a small improvement but by no means sleeping all night. She cried off and on for 2 hours slept until about 1:30 then cried off and on until 2:30. I offered her a 6 oz bottle but with the hall light on and did not let her fall asleep eating. She ate 4 oz and then went to bed until 8. Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I can't decide if I should offer the bottle each night but decrease the amount of milk or if we should try cold turkey tonight. Any advise?

We tried sleep sense first and it didn't work, maybe LO was still too young. Then no cry sleep solution, I didn't have the patients for that. Then I read sleep easy, which is pretty close to sleep sense but does a night feeding 1 hr prior to normal wake up time for LO. Then each night you decrease it by 1 minute ( breast feeding). We have been 2 nights with no MOTN feeding and the first night went great and last night was ok. I think my DH wanted me to go nurse him, but I am not giving in.

Pas I recall sleep sense says to just go cold turkey.  I think it could work but probably more crying. I would say to gradually decrease bottle.

We tried sleep easy to start with. Like you I don't know if we tried too early or what but it did not work. She was waking up around 3:30 but the last two weeks it has been really random when she wakes up. I don't know what time to feed her. I guess I will see how the night goes. Did you wake up your lo when you fed or was it more of a dream feed?
