My name is Jill.  The meaning is "youthful" or "sweetheart" depending on what source you look at.

I have always been ho-hum about the name in general (a nice name but a little boring), but I love that I am named after my grandmother.  She and I have always been close and she is an amazing, funny, sweet, generous, loving woman.

Dark or black.  I never really minded it but I think my mom really liked how it reminds her of how big and dark my eyes were when I was young.  I was kinda thinking for inspiration I could find a girl name that also means dark or black for a phatom DD but nothing that is really my style.

"laughter of the sea" (I've always found that interesting for a girl who loved Ariel & Eric as a kid!

However my Hebrew name means "bitter sea"

Hubby's is "red fox" or "red haired"

I had no idea Emma meant Universal. I hated my name as a kid , now I love it. Its funny when I was growing up Emma was not popular at all, now its everywhere.

My name means "Lady." I didn't like my name growing up, but now I love it. It's a traditional name, but not very common. I think when I was younger I actually wanted to meet other people with my name, but now I'm glad that there aren't that many.

Amy: beloved.  I don't hate my name, but there were always a couple other Amy's in my classes.  It didn't really bother me. It bothers me when people misspell the most common spelling of my name!

My name means "noble strength".  It's a pretty classic but fairly uncommon name.  It is also the classic spelling but it still gets mispelled or mispronouned all the time.  It never really bothered me though and I do love my name.

Molly: Of the Sea or Bitter, depending on your translation of "Mary"  Also, fun fact, Moll used to mean prostitute.  So....there's that.   But I actually like my name a lot.  I've not met a whole lot of others in my life, which I think is very cool.  MN is mom's maiden name, so no real meaning there, other than "Son of ..."  Yay Swedes!
