Anyone not finding out the sex?

We are not finding out till birth if we have a boy or girl. I like the surprise.  With my son I was told 90% a girl second ultra sound undetermined and then when he was born we didn't even check right away.  I was so thrilled with my little boy and the surprise I wanted it again.  Anyone else have stories and or not finding out?

We're not finding out, and we didn't the first time either. I loved it.

We found out the first time because we both really wanted to. This time around we both did a 180 and thought it would be fun to have the experience of not knowing. I had an ultrasound on Monday and it was REALLY hard that day for both of us but now that it's over we're both still happy with our choice to wait.

We are team green as well. I'm getting so excited! I keep flip flopping on what I think we're having. My bf says boy all the way. It's definitely getting harder to wait the more time goes by.

Also team green here! We didn't with our first and I loooved it! I loved getting stuff that was gender neutral for showers and it was actually stuff we needed..not someone's idea of a cute girl outfit..haha and luckily since all of our stuff is gender neutral it's all going to be used for baby #2 regardless if baby is a he or a she. Oh and I love how it drives my friends crazy...

I don't know how you ladies do it...I was dying to know the day I found out...at seven weeks haha. I jumped on the chance to find out as soon as I could. I started asking my doctor at 14 weeks lol. You ladies have some crazy willpower, that's all I gotta say.

Dh and I are team green, we have been offered several times but refused every time to know. Its our first and some how it just seemed a little more fun that way.

I agree with the PP who said you all have some serious willpower.  Since I had a dream about holding our newborn girl before even getting pg, I just had to know as soon as the ultrasounds were able to tell us!

Three ultrasounds, and three different techs have told us "girl" (although I'm still slightly worried about being "surprised" in the delivery room!).  I'm so terrible when it comes to suprises, and I think knowing has helped me prepare myself and allowed me to get a bit more excited about this big life change.

This was totally me for my first too! I have no regrets about waiting, it was super fun being surprised! On a practical side too, it definitely kept me and my family/friends from going crazy buying girl stuff.

This time I did find out, I waited till Christmas and surprised my family with cupcakes and we all found out together. I just wanted to do something different this time around, and I'm pretty excited to know!

My husband wanted to know ASAP both times, so he knew at the 20 week ultrasound with both. He's a fabulous secret keeper :)

No story but enjoyed yours.  We didn't find out the first time but I had a feeling it was a boy.  This time I'm guessing a girl b/c my hips and butt got big this time despite working out 5 days a week.  Good luck!!!

It's probably the thing I've enjoyed most about pregnancy!  Sure, when I see some SUPER CUTE gender specific outfit I get a twinge and wish I knew...  But I have loved not knowing. :)  And ditto everyone who said they enjoy it driving family and friends crazy.  LOVE that part. :)  I can't wait to deliver and have DH say, "it's a ____".

This is our first and we're not finding out either!! We both said that there are few truly GOOD surprises in adult life, so why ruin this one?

Also...someone on my BMB was told they were having a girl at 18wks and bought all pink, nursery is purple, girls name on everything.....just had a check up at 30 something weeks and IT'S 100% A BOY! Oops! lol

We found out the sex at our 20 weeker (during the 2nd trimester.) I was SO surprised then! I LOVED being surprised! There was nothing like it. I don't see why being surprised at birth is any different. And this way I can prepare better.

Team Green here! We were Team Green with DS too, but were fairly certain we saw something at one of the u/s so it's really fun this time around because we have absolutely no idea.

DH is a physician and of all the births he has attended, the team green ones were the best. It's the ultimate surprise. We had a strong feeling that DD was a girl, but we don't have as strong of a feeling this time around. Because I'm carrying so differently and have been hormonally different, we think it's a boy.

FI wanted to be team green and I didn't. The plan was for me to find out and keep the secret, but I asked him if he wanted to know. I regret tempting him because of course he said that he wanted to know, and I showed him the u/s pictures.

We will 100% be team green for our next, and last, baby if we are blessed enough with another.

We found out with our first but I LOVE being team green this time around.  It's so exciting to us.  I think it irritated the family at first but now they're all pretty much ok with it.

We aren't finding out, and I'm loving it! it is driving our families(though they are slowly starting to get used to the idea), my coworkers, and my customers crazy! It is very entertaining watching them squirm!

For a while we thought we were having a girl, but for the past month or two I have been feeling boy all the way, can't wait to find out if I am right! :)

If you're not finding out if you're having a girl or a boy (or considering not finding out), there's a website you should know about called NotFindingOut.  It's an online baby registry that caters specifically to parents who are waiting for the delivery room surprise.  All of Not Finding Out's products are paired into girl and boy complements, so you register for a specific item, you just don't know if you're receiving the girl or boy version of that item. Not Finding Out also carries a lot of gender neutral items so you can register for gender neutral items AND gender specific stuff.  If someone buys a gift for you before the baby is born, you will receive a beautifully wrapped Preview Card showing both the girl and boy version of the item they bought instead of the gift itself (since receiving the gender specific gift would spoil the surprise!).  As soon as your baby is born, your gender specific gifts are shipped straight to you. Very fun!!!
