My morning sickness (a misnomer, as it was all-day sickness) started around Week 6. I am now a few days shy of Week 12. The nausea is still there, but not as strong. I will share a few tips of how I handled it: Keep saltines by your bedside. Although they do not sound appealing as you're waking up, it helped me to munch on a couple before getting out of bed. Take your prenatal vitamin in the evening, after dinner. I found that I didn't have enough food in my stomach, even after breakfast, to handle the strength of my vitamin. Eat throughout the day. Small snacks every 1-2 hours helps. A granola bar here. An apple there. Keep eating.
I feel for you. The nausea was so bad, sometimes I didn't think I could make it to work. A few dry heaves or yaks in the toilet later, I was out the door.
