period

Is it possible that I am getting my period 4 weeks after delivery???? I had a c-section and am not breastfeeding! Any thoughts???

I just had my 6 wk checkup and my dr said if not breastfeeding( which Im not doing) and c-section(which I also had) its possible to get your period 4-8 weeks after having baby.  I havent gotten mine yet but im expecting it any day now.

I guess its possible, sounds strange though. My first thought would be that it was still pp bleeding or something related to that.

I only bled 6 days after my c section, stopped for 2 1/2-3 weeks, then started bleeding again. I don't know if it was my period or what. I got what I know was my period 7 weeks PP. It was absolutely awful. I EP so I was kind of shocked it happened so quick..
