Doula questions

I am going to a "Meet the Doulas" session next week and part of it is in a "speed dating" format.  We get the ask the Doula's questions to see if one is a good fit for us.  Trying to think up some ideas of questions to ask.  Any advice, aside from teh obvious cost?  Thanks!
