Just a little glimpse into my craziness.

So we're TTC for the first month.

I didn't go crazy with the ovulation test, as my friends advised me against it for now (just try first and don't get crazy, they said.  They know me.)

So we tried.  My AF isn't due till 2/1.

I have horrible headaches everyday, SHOOTING pains in one of my breasts, and a hideous mood.  I'm so tired that I fell asleep in the dentist chair yesterday.

My PMS isn't like this normally.  Last month I didn't even realize I had PMS until my AF arrived.

Couldn't be, right?  I'm psyching myself out.   Too early to test...so, wine?

Yah, it is definitely too early to test I think. You start noticing and feeling things you didn't before when you are ttc. But that said, if this is only your first month and you're feeling this way, I definitely recommend getting a stock of wine. lol

I think it's really easy to read way too much into every ache and symptom you get while TTC. You'll drive yourself insane. Honestly, it sounds like PMS to me. Just have a glass of wine (or two) and find something to do to keep your mind off of obsessing over every phantom symptom. Good luck!

OP, it is most likely too early for your symptoms to be pregnancy related. Open that bottle of wine.

I know I'm not the FIRST person to ask or be going through this, but it is the first time for me and I'm just looking for support from people who have been through it. And why would it be so bad if I did get a BFP?  I hope that everyone who wants to have a baby can, and that includes anyone on this message board.

Most of us don't try to interpret. We take them for what they are: The affects of progesterone in our system.

Stop interpreting symptoms, it will make you crazy for real. Everything seems like a pregnancy symptom when you first start trying. That is all.

And I know this is my own ignorance - I understand that hormonal changes occur, but can I experience all these different things yet not be pregnant?  I just want to say, I don't want to be snarky or nasty, I just have been reading so much and I'd rather just hear what real people have to say.

You can most definitely have all those symptoms and not be pregnant. Everything you described in your OP is what I experience every month, and I'm TTA. You're just hyper aware of what's going on with your body.
