Because I just got my BFP!!! I'm still in complete shock.
I tested this morning at 14dpo. Didn't test any other times this month or last. Only reason I tested was because my temp was high (I only temp to confirm O).
what we did: nothing. I thought we were out this month for sure! Taking pnvs, only hit O-2 and O+1, temping to confirm O and checking cm
how I told dh: I was going to wait for him to wake up and tell him I was canceling dr appt Wednesday, but I could wait. I crawled back in bed and put his hand on my racing heart. He automatically thought something was wrong and then I told him and I balled my eyes out.
symptoms: 2 other suspicious/symptoms I had were: 2 days ago I couldn't finish 1 cup of coffee because I had awful heartburn which isn't normal and yesterday we went out for our anniversary and I could barely finish a glass of wine because of indigestion...and I usually drink 3 with dinner!
Edd is October 5!
My only worry right now is that I'm super crampy still :( I know they say that's normal, just hope it's all okay! Going to call my dr Monday because of my high blood pressure....I was hoping to get under control before getting KU but too late now :(

ETA - I was on labetalol (sp?) for my entire last pregnancy and my BP (and baby!) was just fine.
