AM feedings

My DD will be 7wks Monday. She has had a crazy feedings sched in the am within the last week 1/2. She wakes around 12:30am, 2:30am, 5:30am, 7:30am 9am to eat. I'm curious to why the closeness of 5am9am feedings? Each feedings is around 35 oz. Is this just a growth spurt or is there something I can do to hold her over longer? I tried doing the EASY noob sched but I can't if she's waking so often to be fed.

They go through growth spurts very frequently at that age. Just feed her when she's hungry, it will get better.

Definitely sounds like the 6 week growth spurt.   My LO went from eating every 4 hours to all of sudden eating every 2 -2 1/2 hours.....it only lasted a few days and then he went back to his old schedule.....

That sounds very similar to how our mornings go. He'll usually want to eat again after 60 to 90 minutes at that mid morning stretch you mentioned.

So whatever comfort it is, at least you're not alone!
