My LO had the same side effects, and I would say hers lasted about 10 days, so you should be getting to the end of it. My doctor told me as long as she was still eating good, and more was going in then was coming out and there was no blood we were ok. But it definitely wouldn't hurt to call your Ped if you are concerned.
