What's the earliest people show for baby #2?

Hi, there...

I'm just trying to get an idea of how early I might show for this pregnancy.  I'd like to keep it from work for as long as possible.  I'm a teacher, and if they know I'm going to be on maternity leave in the fall they might give me crap classes... Then I'd have crap classes the next year because someone else took them, and then the next year, etc.

Anyway, I want to at least wait until they make the schedule for next year before I tell.  I'm only a few weeks now.  I'm average in terms of height and weight, 5'8" and 160.  Haven't gained any weight yet, obviously, I'm only a few weeks along.  I'm thinking I won't show too early? 

Is anyone showing in their first trimester, and if so what does it look like?  I may have to invest in a lot of sweaters or something...

I'm almost 9 weeks and just have extra bloat right now.  I can still fit in my sz 4 jeans, but it is a little too muffin toppy now for fitted shirts while wearing them.  In regular clothes it just looks like maybe I gained a few pounds (to me, honestly others probably don't even notice).  In a fitted dress or my workout clothes, more obvious the bloat is all in front.  I think some of it depends on how fit you are/were between pregnancies.

At 7 weeks pregnant I had three students and three strangers ask if I was pregnant (it was all bloat).  By 11 weeks many of my co-workers knew I was pregnant because I was showing.

But!  My co-worker who is 6 weeks ahead of me hid it until 20 weeks and we both had our LO's around the same time.  It really depends on the person.

I am a teacher trying to hide it too. I am planning to find some really good maternity clothes that hide it well. At least until the year is almost over.

I have definite bloat that gets worse later in the day. I can't button some of my jeans already. My family can tell I look different, but I definitely don't look pregnant.

I feel you on trying to hide it. I recently got a raise and promotion at work and do not want to tell them. I am 9 weeks with baby number 2 and have a pooch now visible if I wear fitted clothes. I guess you could say it looks like i've gained weight too. It could very well be all bloat as others have mentioned as i feel bloated all time!!!

haha! I am already using my BellaBand with jeans, but I think that is the bloat and left overs from my first.

Just over 10 weeks and nothing yet. 

I'm sure it's different for everyone. I was well into 20 weeks before I started showing with DD and hoping I can stretch it this time, as well.

Even if you're bloated for starting to show... try and invest in some empire waist shirts/dresses and sweaters... you can probably stretch your time with careful clothing.

I'm just starting to look noticeably pregnant at nearly 19 weeks. With DS I started showing around 22 weeks.
