Grady Hendrix

Both names most on the boards didn't like.  haha!   

Since we had a boy, I figured DH would want final say in naming.  I narrowed down his list and even let a few slip to the MN option that I wasn't TOO keen on.  

We liked Lincoln but the trendiness of it was kind of bummer for me.  DH loved Grady and its Irish origin.  Its unique enough (#302) but still not uneek or wtsf-like (at least I think).

Hendrix is in no way a connection Mr Jimi but to honor his great grandfather.  I also figured, how often do you use middle names?  Won't be an issue, and if anyone asks "no, its to honor his great grandfather"  easy enough!   

At the end of the day, as long as we love his name that's all that matters.  I'm head over heels for this little man!

I like it and i complelty agree that is doesnt matter as long as YOU and DH love the name. I've posted on the BNB twice and not alot of people dont like the names me and DH like. But I dont care. Its just kinda interesting what they have to say, also the horrible names they come up with instead.

Thanks everyone!  I was quite worried myself!  It suits him and Meika is all about "baby Grady"  its so cute to hear her say his name :D

He was only Baby no name for a few days :P
