Intro

Hi- I was diagnosed in December with DOR so I am hoping to find/give support on this board. I am 33 and my husband is 43 (mostly fine- a few low counts but makes up for it in motility according to the RE anyways).

I was diagnosed due to low AMH and AFC at baseline. Surprisingly, my other levels have been okay so far. This was my first cycle on Clomid and I had my first IUI on 1/19 so I am in the TWW (yet I have AF cramps today so I am counting it as a loss this month already!).

anyways- I just wanted to say hi and I wish all of you the best of luck.

Jan 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
Feb 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
March 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
IVF #1 scheduled for April 2013. MDLF protocol - Converted to IUI due to 2 lead follicles on Day 4 of stims = BFN

M/C April 2007. :( TTC since 2008 Metformin- no improvement Clomid 50mg/Provera cycle #1 7/2009 - BFN Clomid 50mg/Provera cycle #2- 8/2009- BFN Clomid 100mg/Provera cycle #3- 1/2010- BFN ...Took a break... 2012- Met with RE DH sperm analysis- all good Prescribed Synthroid for slightly elevated TSH levels 11/12- HSG all clear 1/13- IUI with Femara and trigger shot on 1/31- BFN 2/13-IUI #2- cancelled due to low response 3/13- IUI #3 Femara and trigger shot- BFN 4/13- IUI #4 in the works.

Married 7/11/2009. TTC since 6/2011. Saw RE in 1/2012 dx with unexplained infertility. Clomid with IUI 4 times all BFN. Moved onto IVF October 2012, 10R, 8F, 2 transferred, 0 frosties = BFN. RE moving to Texas so started with new RE in December 2012. Plan for IVF #2 in February. ER 2/16/13 9R, 9M, 6F. ET 2/21/13 of two embies, beta #1 3/5/13 505! Beta #2 ??

Welcome and good luck. I also have DOR. There is a DOR check in- I just can't remember which day of the week. Maybe Tuesdays?
Me: 33, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, DOR (AMH .35), DH: 38, Borderline low morph
5/09- Off BCP, 5/09-9/09- No period, 9/09-9/10- Lots of Tests & accupuncture
10/10 and 11/10- 2 rounds of Menopur + TI= BFNS
12/10-IUI #1 Menopur = BFN
1/11- IUI #2 Menopur = BFP, 2/11 missed mc at 9 weeks, D&C
5/11- Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum
6/11- IUI #3 Menopur = BFP, 8/11 missed mc at 11 weeks, D&C
1/12- Lap and Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum (again) & scar tissue
2/12- Stint Removal, 3/12 repeat SHG and HSG- showed scar tissue blocking right tube
4/12- Operative hysteroscopy (again), RE said he can now see right tube (yay!)
5/12- Stint removal, 6/12 repeat SHG and HSG-both tubes are open!
8/12- IUI #4 Bravelle = BFN
9/12-IUI #5 Bravelle = BFN
1/13- IVF #1, micro-flare protocol, 7R, 6F, 5dt of 2 AA embryos, 1 to freeze = BFP

DOR here too! Welcome to the board! There is a check in I think wed. Feel free to ask any questions and don't read up about it on the Internet too much it will make ya craycray! I never did iui but did do many rounds of clomid which never worked out for me. One IVF got two eggs but none to implant. In still hopeful and will be doing a mega dose antagonist protocol IVF in April! Good luck in the rest of your 2ww I hope it turns out good!

I don't mind at all.   I did 1 cycle of Clomid and 1 IUI before I found out I had DOR & a blocked fallopian tube.   I am in the 2ww of my first IVF cycle.  I was on 425iu of Follistem & 10-20iu of HCG Micro for 12 days.   I only got 2 viable eggs, but both turned out to be good quality, which I'm thankful for. 

TTC since 9/2011
Me: DOR (AMH = .3) & blocked rt tube DH: Slightly low morph
1 IUI = BFN
1 Clomid Cycle = BFN
IVF #1 w/ICSI, only 2 viable eggs. 7A & 8A 3dt = BFN

Thanks again for the welcomes. While I am sorry that you are all going through this, it is nice to "meet" people that are going through similar experiences. All of my friends had babies recently and conceived quickly. They are supportive but really don't understand my struggles...My treatments are just beginning and I am so overwhelmed with everything!

Again- thank you all for the welcomes and sharing your stories. I hope we all leave this board shortly!!!

Who are you using? 

I was with Penn for 2 years (unsuccessfully) and  made the switch to RMA this past fall. Dr. Sondheimer wasn't my main doc but when you're there for two years, you see pretty much everybody. My H and I always joke about how hairy his chest is!
