Round Ligament Pain

I'm still getting what feels like round ligament pain sometimes when I cough or sneeze or get up too fast. Does anyone else still get this sometimes? It always takes me by surprise. You would think after 10 months things would have moved back to the way they are supposed to be...

My chiropractor said it can take up to 2 years for your hips to return back to normal. So it makes sense to me that you would still be experiencing pain from all the adjustment going on down there! I haven't had any RLP like pain, but still do sometimes feel a dull aching in my hips joints at night. My hips haven't gotten the memo to shrink back down to pre-pregnancy size yet....don't know if they ever will!

Not me, but I have an older friend (she's had 4 kids) and from her experience she said that her ligaments have never felt the same.  I hope that yours starts to feel "normal" again, however I would suppose that for some people ligaments have less elasticity too..just the way it is.
