Always feeling sick during 2ww

I am not sure if this is normal but every 2ww I feel a cold coming on. It's so frustrating! Does this happen to anyone else? Im not asking if im KU. I just think its funny That my body always does this when im more hesitant about the meds im taking. I'm only 4dpo so I might take DayQuil and green tea which I don't think would affect implantation.

I wonder if this is just a normal thing post O?

Are you maybe just feeling chilled due to the elevation in temp due to your progesterone rising? Sometimes I've felt feverish/chills right at or after O, and I'd had it explained as a result of the temp spike/rise.

TTC since October 2011.
DX with Non-IR PCOS in October 2012.
Missing RIGHT tube due to a prior surgery to remove cyst-zilla (40 lbs!) at age 12.
HSG showed tube was blocked - cleared by dye. DON'T DO CLOMID WITHOUT AN HSG!
Cycle #8 with 50mg Clomid & TI = BFN
Cycle #9 with 50mg Clomid & TI = No response.
Cycle #10 with Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel shot = BFN
Cycle #11 is a break cycle. Cycle #12 is a break cycle. (The break so nice, she did it twice!)

That's Interesting.  I haven't experienced the same, but I have taken zinc a bunch of times recently, because I kept feeling like one was coming on.  I don't think it was related to my O, though.  PP makes sense about temp spike...

You might avoid the green tea, though.  Here is info from the TTGP link at the top of the board: "

Don’t drink green tea during the 2ww because it could cause uterine contractions which might impact implantation.

Also make sure you are drinking the green tea at least 4 hours removed from taking your prenatal vitamin- it can block the absorption of folic acid."

Hope you feel better soon!

I often feel sick during the TWW. It depends on the cycle, but I've been super nauseous and have thrown up before or not nauseous at all. Usually I'm more tired during the TWW as well. A lot of it is progesterone symptoms that affect everyone differently and it can be different each cycle. A large number of women don't notice any difference at all. (Especially if they're not TTC and paying close attention to how they feel during different parts of their cycle).
