I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks over the summer where I only measured 5 weeks. I knew my dates weren't off and had been having some spotting, so unfortunately that wasn't our baby.
That was also my 2nd pregnancy and I just felt that things weren't progressing as they should be. The good news is that I got pregnant again my first month we were able to start trying post miscarriage. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and this one seems to be sticking. GL.
