I've been going in weekly to watch my bp. The Dr told me to drink lots and lots of water, watch my sodium intake, and try and take it easy as much as possible. She recommended I buy a blood pressure monitor and so i could watch it myself. Mine has consistently been around where yours is the last couple weeks but I agree worrying makes it higher. I find taking my bp at home when I'm relaxed, I get better numbers vs in office. They told me to call if I get in the 150s or come in right away if its 160s or higher. I wouldn't worry too much if they aren't, if its consistently higher they will watch you more.
