Intro-Hello Everyone!

Hi Ladies,

I am fairly new to thebump, but sadly not to infertility.  This will be my third round of IVF.  My first IVF was sort of an experiment to see how I responded and I failed miserably. After that, my RE confirmed my diagnosis of DOR.  We changed my protocol to MDL for the 2nd IVF and I did much better. I retrieved 8 eggs (vs 2 in my first round) and even got a BFP! After some bleeding, they found a large SCH and our baby stopped growing at 7 weeks.  I previously took RJ & CoQ10 a month before IVF#2 and I have been back on both of them for 4 months now.  In Dec, we redid my day 3 bloodwork and my AMH went from .23 to .77 and AFC from 4 to 9.  I am hoping this encouraging news translates into something great for IVF#3.  We are using the MDL protocol again. I took my last bcp today and I have baseline on Friday. Wishing everyone good luck wherever you are in your journey! Looking forward to meeting you all.

Hey there...welcome to the group!! I'm sorry you have to be here but I'm sure you will enjoy the support and advice that you recieve here.  I'm going in for my FET#2 on Thursday! Hoping it works this time.  I look forward to getting to know you better!!

Me (33)- unexplained MH (35)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist = BFN c/p, poor quality blasts, tested sperm dna fragmentation. Results all good, yay! New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice Everyone Welcome!!!

Diagnosis: Annovulatory
Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
First RE appt 1/10/2013
Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (very slightly abnormal- RE not concerned)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
4/4/13: Started Femara 5mg + Trigger + IUI#1= BFN
5/9/13- start Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI#2= ???

April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
Scar Tissue Removed, Left Tube Partially Open
September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 8F, 2 Transferred, 6 Frosties!)
Beta #1- 176 c/p @ 4w4d
FET #1 February 26th
Lost 4 Frosties to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN
IVF # 2 in May Stims Begin 5/10
ER 5/21

Hi- I am new to the board as well and still have a lot to learn but I just wanted to pop in and say hi and good luck. I am also sorry for your loss.

I was happy to see that your AMH and AFC has increased since your diagnosis. I also have low AMH (.21) and AFC but I haven't started taking any supplements yet. I guess I should start something :) Did your doctor prescribe them or is that something you did on your own?

Jan 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
Feb 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
March 2013 Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN
IVF #1 scheduled for April 2013. MDLF protocol - Converted to IUI due to 2 lead follicles on Day 4 of stims = BFN
