cramps after sex and around O?

Has anyone had experience with this? 

I am on CD 19 and am expecting to see a temp rise tomorrow morning signaling O. My temps have been low the past few days (96.6-8) with a random rise in between due to too much wine the day/night before. We had sex cd16-19 and EOD prior, but about an hour after sex this morning I started having really bad cramps. It didn't feel like middle pain, but more like AF type cramps. The cramps have lingered on throughout the day and are not totally gone yet. 
Married August 2011. TTC since November 2012. BFP 4/12/13. EDD 12/24/2013! IAmPregnant Ticker

I think we start to pay too much attention to our bodies once we start TTC.

I frequently get period-like cramps after sex. I've had them so bad before that I was doubled over in pain. For me, it's generally only an issue if DH goes too deep.

Diagnosis: Annovulatory
Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
First RE appt 1/10/2013
Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (very slightly abnormal- RE not concerned)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
4/4/13: Started Femara 5mg + Trigger + IUI#1= BFN
5/9/13- start Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI#2= ???

That happens to me occasionally after sex. It's usually when we have been sexing it up every day for several days.

Yup I just had them two days ago.  Its almost like an AF cramp but not quite the same.  I am not tempting though but just tracking and if I'm Oing when I'm supposed to be they always occur right before and tend to linger around for about a week but are especially bad after sex.
