baby will NOT move from right side

So my little girl will not get out of my right side. She's been there over two weeks now. My stomach sometimes looks really weird because one side will be all stuck out, and the other not. I mean she will move around, but not leave my right side. I guess that's where shes comfy, but I swear it would be nice if she wanted some variety. lol.  Is it normal for them to just pick a side?

Mine is a right sider too.  Right under my ribs.  I'll push her over and she'll push her butt right back into place a few minutes later.  I don't think this is unusual.

I'm 36 weeks with my 2nd child. Both had/have a right side preference for the entire 3rd trimester. :)

That's the best side for her to be on for a smooth birth. I wouldn't wish her away from there. Big Smile

Yep.  LO was a right sider until about 33 weeks, but now hangs out more in the middle to left side.

I have a cracked rib as the result of a nasty cough, so if LO tries to wedge her butt up underneath it, I put an ice pack there for a little bit. She usually squirms out of the way.

My girl stays on my left side, facing the right.  My belly looks really lopsided most of the time lol

Yep, this LO hangs out on my right side, right under my ribs. DS also liked this spot when I was pregnant with him.

My little girl loves the right side too. Right under my rib cage. No matter how much I nudge her, she always returns to the right side. When I go in for my Dr appt, they immediately put the monitor on the right side. My son loved the left side. I guess they have their preference.

Mine hangs out on the right side too, its always raised and super hard compared to the left.  She'll move to the middle sometimes, but for the most part hovers on the right.

So...this is my bra!

Same here just began the third trimester but LO has become very comfortable there. Mostly feel all the kicking on the left side. It is fun to see this little sweetheart move visually before it was all pressing hard and then you could feel it. Now all I have to do is look down.

I can't remember which side DS preferred, but I do remember him having a preference. This one has been hanging out on the right side though.

My first was diagonal. I always had pressure upper right and lower left. He liked to kick me in the ribs and reach down my thigh. Good times. :-P

Not to jack your post but does this hurt for anyone? My son loves my right side so much it's sore and is physically painful at some points.  Just wondering.

Yes, my right side is pretty sore, ribs are sprained, and my nerves burn when I'm in a bad position.
