When can I start IVF?

I just had my LAP surgery on the 15th, and I don't see my RE until March 1st. Does anyone have advice/experience on the timeline I am looking at to start IVF?
Me 28 DH 30 Married 08-11-07
TTC since 07/11 HSG 01-21-13 Left FTB Seeing RE 1-28-13 RE 1-28-13 Both tubes blocked LAP surgery 2-15-13 Both tubes removed Will begin IVF #1 in June/July 2013!

I had to wait 2 weeks to start a FET, Im not sure if its the same but I wouldnt see why not.

Dx annovulatory, DOR, Low AMH
Hysteroscopy due to polyp 2-1-12
IUI#1-3 Cancelled due to low response
IUI#4 BFFN
IVF#1 8/30 Beta#1 256, 8/31 Beta#2 482 BFP!! M/C 5w3d
FET#1 Cancelled due to uterine fluid and thin lining
FET#1.2Cancelled due to abnormal bleeding
Hysteroscopy 12/28/12 All clear
FET#1.3 2/2013 Cancelled
FET #1.4 3/19 BFFN

After my Lap I had to wait for 3AF.  I got away with waiting for 2 AF since I was on AF when my lap was done.  Good luck!

FET#1 Aug 2012 2 blasts transferred BFN
IVF#2 Oct 2012
16R/6M/6F/2-8 cell grade 1 transfer
Beta 1-237.9, Beta 2-566, Beta 3-8657
US 6w3d shows one baby w/ HB 115
US 7w1d no more heartbeat/ D&C 11/30/12 normal karyotype
IVF#3 Mar 2013
6R/4M/4F 1 compacting and 2-8 cell transfer
ectopic pg MTX given 3 month break from TTC

Yeah it sucked waiting when I had too.  Maybe your doc will have different guidelines.  Good luck

My RE said I have to wait six weeks, I am also getting a cyst lazered from my ovary so he said that would take six weeks.

ttc #1 since 06/09
dx pcos, severe endo, elevated NK cells, DQ alpha partial match & mfi

My RE said everything else looked great, my ovaries, my uterus....and now that my tubes aren't in the way, I have a better chance of a successful IVF! March 1 can't get here soon enough!!
