Totally Bloated - UGH!

Hi all!

So this is my first pregnancy and I know one of the symptoms with all the hormone changes can be constipation and bloating! Well, unfortunately I have them both. I am currently 6w4d based off of the date of my last period (first appointment is next week :) ). I'm sure the irregular bowl movements do not help, but I just feel like I can never get the bloating down. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do, perhaps change my diet or eat certain foods to help? Does it last most of the first trimester? Maybe my body is preparing me for the feeling of having a bigger stomach, but at this point I'm not liking it very much. I appreciate any comments, tips, or advice!

This is my 3rd PG. Last one ended at 5w 3d but with my DS I also became bloated early on. It sucks but it will go away around 10 weeks if I remember. I have it right now, already! I am disgusted. I feel so ridiculously huge :(

I have the same problem with bloating, I'm hoping it goes away sooner then later!

Take Gas X chewables! I'm not sure what you can change in your diet to take it away, but Gas X helps alot when you're feeling sooo uncomfortably bloated like I do... :/

Yeah I'm super bloated...I feel disgusting lol. But then when I realize why I am bloated, I become so happy I forget about it :
