Vent... STRESSED!!!

i sincerely feel like i am a ticking time bomb today and the next time my husband rubs me wrong im going to flip!! He came home from work today and the first thing he said was oh wow i see you didnt do anything around the house today.... on MY days off work i am expected to do all of the flipping house work but on HIS days off he can sit and play call of duty all day an not give a rats ass about anything. THEN he proceeds to complain about what i took out for dinner... oh and i ask him to get the car seat and stroller out of the car bc its all still in the big box it comes in and that's too much to ask!!!! wtf. He knows im pissed off and he is deliberately pushing my buttons bc he knows what gets me going.... i am trying so hard to stay calm but my patients are running thin! Lately i just feel like i am doing everything around here! I am working pretty much full time, 31 weeks preggo, tired, sore, and to top it off sleep is scarce bc of this huge belly.. i am just on the verge of tears here im so stressed out..  We just moved here a month ago, i dont really know anyone accept the people from work so i cant go to a friends house and have a girls day and just relax. UGH!!!

Aww hun, you have every reason to be pissed with him. He needs to get off the friggen xbox and understand that this is super different and hard on you. My hubby was doing alot of the same things you mentioned and I found that it helped and got better once I got him more involved in what was happening with me and my body. ( This may sound silly but I downloaded an App on my phone that tells you about daily updates, I have him read every other day. Its a quick paragraph but I found that he suddenly understood that all these new things are hard on me too and I need help!)
I hope all is well and clears up these next few weeks:)

I have days like that too...but, curious, are you all getting any time together that is relaxing, or are you having sex???? Hahaha....sometimes if its been a while couples can tend to bicker more, etc...

GOOD luck!

Does he play the zombie killing game on Call of Duty? My SO has become addicted to that game and I flipped out tonight about it, threatening to throw the xbox off the balcony. After venting all of my frustrations in the whole world to him, we ended up compromising on one hour of play per day, and not past 7 pm.

After all that I kinda' get why he wants to hide away and do something that doesn't involve me. I'm insufferable right now.

We've had a couple of call of duty arguments.. now when we get up on Saturdays if I need him to do stuff I tell him over coffee, if the PlayStation goes on I will smash the controller against the wall and snap the disk in half.. He always laughs, but I think in his head he wonders exactly how crazy I actually am...  He made a comment yesterday about me leaving a pan in the sink that he wanted to use, I asked if his hands were broken... I meet his snide comments with sarcasm, it gets the point across.. I hope you can convey to him how he is making you feel and you can get through this with out a fight. DH's suck sometimes.. :o/

Men are idiots! My DH is a sweet guy that really wants to do the right thing. He'll get me whatever food I crave, rub my back, put lotion on my legs but when it comes to housework. He turns into a hermit. Tried talking to him but it got real bad. So bad that when I was 24 weeks and sick as a dog with the flu, I actually called his father and "tattled." FIL came over, helped him clean up and basically chewed him out that he needed to grow up. Oh was he mad! He has however been better since then but I still have to tell him exactly what to do. Just doesn't seem to get it. Is there a friend of his that might be able to smack some sense into him?
