I haven't had this particular issue but I feel like it is possible that part of the reaction to the vaccine might be decreased appetite, and this could just be her way of saying, "Hey mom, I really don't feel like eating right now." If she seems happy I wouldn't worry too much unless she goes too long without eating or starts to seem lethargic, spike a high fever or not put out wet diapers. That being said, I'm a big fan of calling the dr. for reassurance if anything feels off.
