So...you like presidents' names?
The popularity of Reagan as a name (especially for girls) baffles me. I was pretty tuned into current events during his second term for a kid my age, and I remember him as a very polarizing figure. I feel like the name, if you choose to use it, should be a statement, but no, apparently it's just popular because people think it sounds cute and they attach no meaning to it. Be aware that to anyone over the age of 35 or so, it means a lot.
I don't mind Carly as a full name, but please don't spell it Carleigh; that's just unnecessary and will be a PITA for your poor child. I have no strong feelings either way about Alana. Aubrey is fine, but again, please spell it in a way that she can carry with pride as an adult.
Monroe: not a girl name. Ugh.
