Baby Acne?

Should I just let it clear up on its own? It's not a lot, just a bit on his cheeks. Probably from sleeping on my chest.. but if I leave him in the RnP all the time, then he gets a flat spot... Lol can't win

Warm wash cloth and some non scented lotion.. I use jergens ultra healing. The lotion opens the pores so the icky yellow stuff can sep out. Do this every diaper change ull see a difference tomorrow.

Baby acne has to do with hormones.  It typically sets in around 4wks and can last up until they're 6mo.  You don't need to do anything special.  It will clear up on its own once their hormones balance out.  If you feel like you need to do something maybe just wipe their skin with a damp cloth once a day to get any excess oils, but really it's best just to leave it alone.  Baby skin is so sensitive and easily dries out, plus the fewer chemicals you're exposing them to, the better.

If you're breastfeeding, a little BM on the spot helps.

My daughter had it pretty bad from week 6-9, but it cleared up all on its own and is gone now.

This. Works wonders in just a day or two.
